Soccer dad, husband, chef

The love of cooking brought me to culinary school twenty years ago. I was spending all my weekends creating new dishes for friends to enjoy. I decided to make my passion my work and start a new adventure. I was very fortunate to land my first professional cooking job at Seastar, Bellevue’s premiere seafood restaurant. I have been with the company for almost twenty years culminating as executive chef of luxury steakhouse John Howie Steak. Having worked at the Seattle areas finest seafood, steak, and scratch casual restaurants I am here to bring the flavors of the Northwest to your home or event.
